Motteram Bowie & Ham – Update On Operating Practices
As a community, we are facing an unprecedented challenge with the spread of the coronavirus. We wanted to provide you with an update as to what we are doing to keep our customers and our staff safe and our business operating during this time of heightened concern.
At the moment we are operating from our premises but with a policy of minimum direct client contact.
This policy will require clients to drop off, mail in or email to us the necessary paperwork required to complete the assignment. We will call or email if we need to clarify any issues or require additional documentation.
Once completed we will either place the information on your client portal to be checked and signed or for those clients not on the client portal make arrangements to either collect or send out the documentation. (If you would like to arrange to set up the client portal please email email@example.com)
If there is a desperate need for a face to face interview you will need to talk to your accountant to discuss.
If matters deteriorate further and we can no longer operate from our premises we are putting technology in place where all our staff can work from home. So essentially our phone system will continue to operate as normal and you will be able to contact the accountants by ringing the normal office number (9345 2022) or via email.
There will be no face to face contact but arrangements can be made to drop documentation off or collect documentation from our office.
